“The church does not have a mission. The mission has a church.” - Ed Stetzer
Mission isn’t just another program in the church, but the very reason the church exists. The church (ecclesia) is a people both “called out” of the world, and sent into the world as witnesses to the gospel. Engaging in mission means living as sent ones in our homes, workplaces, families and neighborhoods.
Out of this lifestyle of mission we also participate with people and organizations determined to declare and demonstrate the gospel in our local area and abroad. We pray, give and go, believing God is using these groups to make Jesus’ name known and extend his kingdom in this world.
Below are some of the ministries we support:
Care Net is a Christ-centered ministry that provides life-affirming support to anyone who finds themselves in an unplanned pregnancy, hurting from a previous abortion, needing parenting support or seeking sexual and relational guidance.
Love INC has a vision to see Christian churches united in purpose and fully engaged in actively living out their faith by lovingly serving people in need in their communities.
Agape Project International partners with the pastors, churches and Kenyan leaders to proclaim the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Kenya in both word and deed.
